All Invited speakers are requested to submit their abstracts through the abstract submission portal.

 

Abstract are also invited for poster presentations. Few abstracts will be selected for the oral presentation category. All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference booklet.

 

Please note that before submitting an abstract, it is necessary to complete the registration for VLS2024: 

• Abstracts should be submitted exclusively via the conference website. No email submissions will be accepted. 

• Each participant can submit only one abstract as a presenting author. 

• Abstract must be limited to 250 words.

• No changes would be permissible after abstract submission.

 

Kindly note that accepted abstracts will be considered as public information and will be posted on the conference website. By submitting an abstract, you are agreeing to have the abstract published on the conference website. 

 

Poster Specifications:

Poster boards will be available at the conference venue. The dimensions of the poster should be 36 inches (3 feet) in width and 48 inches (4 feet) in height. 

 

Poster Session: 

Poster sessions will be held in the JNU Convention Centre. The date and time for the poster sessions can be found in the conference scientific programme. Presenting authors are required to be present near their respective posters during the poster session. 

 

Best Poster Awards:

The poster prize committee will evaluate all posters based on scientific content, understanding and clarity of presentation, and best posters will be selected for Best Poster Prize.
